
A tiny microbrewery tucked in behind the Corbie Inn in Bo’ ness in Central Scotland. Brewing, casking and bottling our traditional ales by hand. No automation here. It’s all controlled manually by Stuart, our brewer. The brewery can produce 368 litres of ale in a brew. There are two fermenters in the brewery, so three batches (or “gyles” ) in two weeks is possible.
