Come and visit us on our beautiful organic farm, a patch of paradise on The Black Isle. On our organic farm we operate a rotational policy of growing malting barley and grazing our flock of Hebridean sheep, along with a few milking cows. We also grow seasonal vegetables, herbs and salads for use in our bars in Inverness and Fort William. We believe in a sustainable cycle on our farm; using the malt from the brewery mash tun to feed our lovely house cow, who gives us fresh milk every day.

Our Hebridean sheep, who originate from the battlefields of nearby Culloden, enjoy their daily dose of mash too.

Not far from Inverness, The Black Isle is our beautiful, unspoilt, unpolluted, wild and sometimes wet Highland home – and we love it!
